I was born in Idaho and have always loved nature, children, animals, and being active. When I’m not teaching, I like to hike, garden, write children’s stories, dance, and spend time with my family. My husband and I live in Boise and are the proud parents of two young adults. We also have a pet cat and 2 grandpugs. (At present, the dogs are our only grandchildren.)
In 2004, I received my degree in Elementary Education from Boise State University. After that, I taught 5th graders part-time and substituted for K-8 teachers. This will be my 9th year teaching 3rd grade at Adams. I am delighted to guide your children through their learning journey this year and can't wait to step into wonder with them each day.
