** Important 2018 Summer School Program Information **

Change in Locations for 2018 Summer School Programs


Due to summer road construction and District facility upgrades, the following Boise School District Summer School programs will be relocated:  

  • Traditional Secondary Summer School Program (grades 7-12) will move from West Junior High to Riverglen Junior High (6801 N. Gary Ln., Boise). 
  • Alternative Jr. High Summer School Program and Limited English Proficient (LEP) Summer School Program (both programs serve students in grades 7-8) will move from Frank Church High School to Borah High School (6001 W. Cassia St., Boise). 

The schedule for the Traditional Secondary Summer School Program will remain the same: 

  • June 5 - June 29, 2018 (semester 1) -  8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday).
  • July 2 - July 27, 2018 (semester 2) -  8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday); (No summer school on July 4th - Holiday). 

The schedule for the Alternative Junior High Summer School Program and the LEP Summer School Program will remain the same: 

  • June 5 - July 13, 2018 (Junior High ‘Pathways to Promotion’) - 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (Monday through Friday); (No summer school on July 4th - Holiday). 

Students who have already registered for summer school do not need to reapply or make any changes to their registration.
